thinksafe – KNOWLEDGE FOR PATENT AND CONTRACT MANAGEMENT

The offer
thinksafe is an institution that prepares knowledge for the patent and contract system in such a way that it can be directly and independently applied in any company. The complex facts and processes are made understandable to the responsible product managers, engineers or decision-makers in seminars and training courses. The participants save a lot of time, as the post-processing of seminar and training documents, which is usual in the industry, is omitted. Instead, they can integrate the knowledge they have gained into their daily work process immediately, i.e. the day after the seminar and training. Based on the many years of experience of thinksafe and from the customer's point of view, the contents conveyed provide a comprehensive understanding of the subject matter and the knowledge advantage that makes a company successful.

Contract management
The seminars and training courses focus on the inter-relationships, challenges and potential of confidentiality, licensing, cooperation or collaboration agreements. By learning the new skills, the participants recognize the decisive details and are able to draft their own contractual texts.

Patent system
A well-designed patent system enables a company to secure the greatest possible benefit from an inventive activity in the form of an Intellectual Property Right and to protect itself by ensuring that the various contracts are used correctly. thinksafe seminars and training courses provide comprehensive information on the subject. Seminar participants develop an understanding of how to effectively use the comprehensive information published in patents and apply it to their own projects. If the seminar participants design the patent system sensibly in their field, their company will be measurably closer to success, compared to their competitors. This contributes directly to the company's success.
